The destination is very popular in both winter and summer and offers an extensive range of activities for various market segments, enabling high occupancy almost all year round. The village is easily accessible by car or public transport.
The project includes the renovation and conversion of a historic building as well as the extension with a new building. In the process, the historic building will be preserved, and two neighboring existing hotels will be added to form a new upscale hotel building with an alpine design. The four-star hotel will have a total of about 110 rooms, several restaurants and a wellness offer. The new hotel will be positioned in the upscale segment.
The hotel project is being sold for development reasons. The transaction can be carried out as a share deal as well as an asset deal.
The target price for the project is CHF 6.5 million.
The costs for the project realization are around CHF 39 million.
